Casual Fashion.

I like to describe my personal style as casual and quirky but over the years my style has been watered down. Albeit, not intentionally.

What I’ve realized from this is that your style doesn’t have to be loud or extra bold to still be a hit. It’s all in the little details. In how you mix prints, the accessories you chose to add to the mix (right down to your hair style), the fit of your clothes.

I shared four of my favorite hacks to instantly look “more stylish” on the blog here and I try to pull from it every now.

In this casual Friday look I wore to work the other day, I’m wearing black denim pants paired with a vintage print shirt. I chose to go with an artsy shirt, bucket bag, and block heels as opposed to flats, for that extra oomph.

Switch the clothing from black mom jeans to a skinny fit, a brown shirt without character, simple flats and a tote bag and this would have been a different look.
